Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped.

RETURNS

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Return shipping is free, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
• Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging.
• To start a return, log into your account. Items sent back without a registered return can’t be accepted.
• Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund you to your original payment method, or send you the exchange product you chose during the return process. Standard shipping costs are refunded too; express surcharges are not.
